Over 50% discount on paid activities for college students.
There is no registration fee for accompanying person, who is not associated with the technical activities of the Congress.
The venue is prepared with elevators to people with limited mobility.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online registration available until September 2nd, 2019. After this date, the registration is going to be done only at the venue of the event.
REFUND POLICY
The refund will be made only upon a written request, justifying the cancellation. The request must be sent to the Executive Secretariat of the event through the email: registrationbrasil@mci-group.com
- Until August 30, 2019: refund of 95% of the amount paid. 5% will be withheld due to bank charges.
- From September 1, 2019: no refunds will be available.
- Absence without prior notice: no refund will be available.
- Deadline for payment of reimbursement: within 30 days after the event.
TRANSFERING YOUR REGISTRATION
The Organizing Committee will accept the transfer of registration to another participant only within the same category. It must be requested by e-mail: registrationbrasil@mci-group.com, until August 30, 2019.
VISA LETTER
The Visa Letter can be withdrawn directly from the enrollment system in the restricted area of the participant.
The visa letter is released after the payment has been identified in our enrollment system.
In order to have access to the visa card it is mandatory to fill in your passport and registration data completely.

If you intend to visit neighbors countries Argentina and Paraguay, you need to apply a VISA for each country separately. The VISA issued by Brazil Government doesn’t include permission to visit the Mercosul countries.

LANGUAGE
English is the official language of the ISRM 2019, so all sessions will be ministered in english only.
